Who are we looking for?

We are looking for a motivated and ambitious individual to join our Ads Team – graduates are welcome! You will be working with all Nordic markets within our YouTube Partner Sales program. If you love analysis, optimization, planning, strive to acquire knowledge about digital advertising and would like to help the top brands growing with YouTube – this might be a role for you. 

You will work with:

  • Booking and setup of video advertising campaigns
  • Technical campaign configuration  
  • Optimizing campaigns to assure timely delivery and good performance
  • Analysis and reporting of achieved campaign results 
  • Support in media planning and sales material preparation 
  • Liaising with sales and ad tech representatives on daily basis
  • Technical support in assigned area of advertising 
  •  Maintenance, support and development of operational process within the department 
  • Support in ads and data tasks related to Splay One YouTube Multi-Channel Network 
  • Market research 
  • You will be reporting to Group Head of Advertising

  • Structured and accurate with attention to detail 
  • Passion for digital advertising and analytics 
  • Enjoys multi-tasking, data and numbers 
  • Proactive, eager to learn and develop

Desired competences:

  • University degree in Marketing/Economics/Information Technology, or related
  • Familiarity with digital advertising landscape, working experience with video/display/paid social ads preferred
  • Familiarity with YouTube advertising
  • Ability to present reports and data in visual and verbal manner 
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Keynote/PowerPoint
  • Technical understanding of ads operations
  • Analytical mindset, statistics knowledge a plus
  • Experience with ad serving tools, DSP, SSP, ad exchanges a plus
  • Basic understanding of JavaScript, HTML, SQL
  • Fluent in English, Swedish or another Nordic language preferred.
