Splay One is a new Nordic power house in branded entertainment formed by the merger between Splay and Nice One. We help brands navigate today's popular culture and reach beyond advertising.

We're passionate about breaking new ground and strive to create new and engaging formats, entertainment, concepts and campaigns firmly based on target group data and insights. We do this by merging expertise from advertising format development and production, combined with our own network of talent and influencers. 

Now we're looking for a new Account Manager to join our expanding creative sales team.

Role overview
When we think of candidates to our creative sales team, we see someone who sees opportunities and is willing to seize them. Influencer marketing is growing quickly and here is a great chance to join our willing sales team. Ambitious and energetic, you have already some experience in sales. We will teach you the tricks of the trade - but you must bring your own commitment and the desire to prove yourself as a professional. You have worked in a high tempo environment (eg. Events) before and you're not shy to work under pressure.

As an Account Manager you are responsible of selling Splay Ones digital marketing products. Together with the other Account Managers you will create Splay Ones client list. Your mission is twofold:

1. You are in charge of client lead-generation, concept development and pitch-presentation. The Account Manager is Splay Ones representative with the mission to find and to develop long-term clients. Your job requires you to do need-analysis and identifying possible conceptual solutions for clients.

2. As an Account Manager you are responsible to maintain a good relationship with media agencies and providing them with training, material and updates as well as help them with briefs - both strategically and with influencers.

- Interest and/or experience within sales/marketing
- Good communication skills
- Fluent in Swedish
- Ambition to learn and grow
