We do this by merging expertise from advertising format development and production, combined with our own network of talents and influencers.

Now we’re looking for a new Client Manager to join our expanding client team.

Welcome to a wonderful, parallel universe different from any other digital media, agency or production company in Sweden.


Job Purpose: Builds and maintains effective relationships with a defined customer base to ensure a high level of satisfaction and increase revenues. Identifies new business clients, develops and closes sales opportunities.


Key Responsibilities:

  • As Client Manager you are responsible for identifying, approaching and closing new clients. This includes creating awareness for Splay One and our products through for example seminars and company presentations.
  • As Client Manager you are responsible to maintain a good relationship with clients and providing them with training, material and updates as well as helping them with briefs.
  • As Client Manager you are responsible for the overall strategy for your projects and leading the pitch group including for example people responsible for budget, creative concept and pitch material.

  • As Client Manager you are responsible for preparing cases to represent Splay One and our projects in industry competitions.

  • May include the responsibility to lead the client through the entire project on a strategic level and increase revenue spend per account and project over time.

What we are looking for:

  • You have a strategic mind-set coupled with natural interest in the ever-changing marketing landscape. You build trust with clients by generously sharing your knowledge, so being truly passionate and curious to always learn more is key.
  • You have proven success in presenting and selling creative ideas.
  • You have strong social skills and a natural ability to build long-term-relationships that drive sales over time.
  • You have an analytical mind – you’re probably someone who recognize the importance of using numbers to make decisions.
  • You have a great understanding of, and prior experience in social media and/or content marketing or similar creative disciplines.
  • You have a genuine interest in marketing and sales.
  • You have a proficiency with presentation tools; Keynote, PPT.
  • You network of advertisers and marketing managers.
  • Meriting if you have worked at, or have good contacts with, media agencies.
