We do this by merging expertise from advertising format development and production, combined with our own network of talents and influencers.

Now we’re looking for a new Client Director to join our expanding client team.

Welcome to a wonderful, parallel universe different from any other digital media, agency or production company in Sweden. Job Purpose: The main objective is to drive sales: generate a leads pipeline, expand business relationships and upsale current projects. 


Key Responsibilities:

  • As Client Director you are responsible for identifying, approaching and closing new large long-term clients among Sweden’s largest advertisers. 

  • As Client Director you are responsible for creating awareness for Splay One and our products through for example seminars and company presentations. You should actively work to find these opportunities.

  • As Client Director you are responsible for the overall strategy for your projects and leading the pitch group including for example people responsible for budget, creative concept and pitch material.

  • As Client Director you are responsible for building and maintaining effective long-term relationships and a high level of satisfaction with key senior-level decision makers.

  • As Client Director you are responsible for increasing revenue spend per account and project over time.

  • As Client Director you are responsible for conducting regular status and strategy meetings with the customer's senior management to understand their needs and link them to the organisation's product/ service strategies.


What we are looking for:

  • You have a large existing network of advertisers and marketing managers.
  • You have a minimum of 5 years of experience in sales of complex marketing products.
  • You have proven success in presenting and selling creative ideas.
  • You are interested in the latest marketing cases and are continuously striving to keep up with the latest trends.
  • You have a genuine interest in marketing and sales.
  • You are an expert in new and existing digital platforms and understands their role in a digital marketing mix.
  • You have a proficiency with presentation tools; Keynote, PPT.
  • You have a convincing and charismatic personality and a love for building and developing business relations.
  • You are driven by spotting new business opportunities and contributing to a winning team.
