The Role
We are looking for a Commercial Agent to join Splay One’s management team! We work globally with talent management and sales, helping our creators take the next step in their business and brand development.
This role requires independence, strong business acumen, and a mandatory experience in sales related to creators/talents in the role as a talent agent. You have a keen eye for business opportunities and understand that success isn’t just about revenue—it’s also about managing rights, ensuring long-term growth, and building a credible brand.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, develop, and close business opportunities beyond creators' own SOME-platforms (e.g. licensing, book deals, podcasts, events).
- Manage and nurture client relationships to drive long-term success.
- Negotiate contracts on behalf of creators.
- Build lasting relationships with both clients and creators.
- Oversee projects with support from project managers.
- Handle administrative tasks such as presentations, forecasts, and follow-ups.
Who You Are
- A skilled salesperson who sees opportunities everywhere.
- Experienced in working with creators and managing commercial partnerships.
- Proactive, self-driven, and comfortable taking full ownership of projects.
- Strong understanding of brand building.
- Experienced in key account management and client relations.
- Able to adapt solutions to meet different client and creator needs.
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in talent sales, with a strong drive to meet budget targets
- Fluent in Swedish as well as English.

- Location: Birger Jarlsgatan 43, Stockholm (at our parent company Caybon).
- Employment: The position is fulltime with permanent employment, 6 months probationary period
