About the role
As a Production Manager at Splay One, you’ll be at the heart of our production team, taking full responsibility for our productions and quotations/budgets and ensuring everything runs smoothly. You’ll oversee the budget work, managing budget follow-ups and also taking on the role of production manager for individual projects. This role is all about making things happen while also growing your skills and learning on the job.

You’ll report to and work closely with the Head of Creative & Production, and together, you’ll make production processes run seamlessly. In this role, you’ll not only take ownership of your projects but also collaborate to stay ahead of the curve - whether it’s keeping up with the latest production techniques, strengthening our connection with the freelance network, or fine-tuning workflows. It's all about working together to elevate our work and push the boundaries of what’s possible.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and create sales budgets for all our productions, ensuring financial goals are met
• Take full responsibility for budget follow-ups and ensuring alignment throughout the project
• Organize and allocate internal as well as freelance staff for various production projects
• Keep our freelance network updated and ensure smooth communication
• Plan and schedule post-production workflows to ensure timely delivery

What we’re looking for:

• A detail-oriented, highly organized individual who loves taking responsibility
• A person with a business mindset who enjoys working with numbers and budgets
• At least 3 years of experience in calculating and being responsible for budgets within social media production
• A curious and motivated learner who is passionate about social media and new production techniques
• A team player who is social, responsible, and enjoys collaborating with others
• Someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can adapt to tight deadlines
