We are now scaling our proprietary creator platform — built to identify, activate and manage creators at scale.
The Opportunity
We are looking for a commercially driven lead to take ownership of revenue growth tied to our creator platform, across creator marketing — with an initial focus on scaling UGC.
This is a revenue-first role with product ownership responsibility.
Your mission is to drive revenue, close deals, and turn the platform into a core growth engine for the business.
You will shape how the platform is packaged, sold and evolved — based on real client demand and commercial opportunities.
This is not a pure product role, and not a coordination role.
This is a role for someone who is motivated by closing deals and building revenue — not just advising on strategy.
Key Responsibilities
Revenue & Growth (Primary Focus)
Drive new business and revenue growth tied to the creator platform
Own pipeline, commercial targets and closing of deals
Package and sell UGC and platform-driven offerings to brands and agencies
Lead senior client conversations around scalable creator strategies and paid social
Commercial Product Ownership
Own positioning, packaging and go-to-market of the platform
Translate client and market needs into product improvements (in collaboration with product/tech)
Ensure the platform is commercially competitive, clear and differentiated
Ensure consistent commercial understanding of the platform across teams
Who You Are
5+ years in influencer marketing, social, adtech, martech or similar
Strong track record of driving revenue and closing deals
Experience working with or selling platform-based offerings (creator platforms, SaaS, media tools, etc.)
Strong understanding of UGC, influencer marketing and paid social
Comfortable bridging commercial and product perspectives
Experience working with markets beyond the Nordics is a plus
Fluent in both Swedish and English
You are commercially sharp, hands-on, and biased towards action.
You are as comfortable in a client meeting as you are shaping an offer.
