The role
The Client Director at Splay One is responsible for structuring and optimizing the sales organization to drive growth. They will implement and maximize the use of the CRM system (Upsales), effectively onboard new sales team members, support sales training, have weekly coaching and integrate new tools to enhance efficiency. The Client Director is also responsible for helping opening up new possibilities and share connections with the Client Management team as well as managing their own client portfolio and sales. The primary focus is on the junior team of Client Managers, with 1-4 years of experience, excluding Client Executives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales organization structuring for optimal performance
- Implement and optimize the use of our CRM system and ensuring accurate data for better follow up and decision making
- Onboarding and training by continuos follow ups, training sessions, coaching
- Sales process improvement in everything from processes to sales tools
- Performance management setting KPI’s, conduction performance reviews and providing feedback and guidance
- Team management and development
- Manage sales for your own client portfolio
- Strategic planning
- Budgeting and forecasting
This role is crucial for ensuring that the sales team is well-trained, motivated, and equipped with the right tools and processes to achieve their targets, focusing primarily on the junior team of Client Managers within Splay One.
Qualifications:
- You thrive on leading teams, maximizing team potential, delegating and taking charge when needed.
- You have an entrepreneurial mindset and broad understanding of today’s agency landscape as well as social media in general
- You have a good understanding of the Influencers Marketing landscape and sales process
- You have a solid experience in client development and sales, opening doors to new clients and business oppurtunities
- Minimum 3 years experience of sales and account management within the agency landscape, budgeting and digital media
- Communicate fluently in both Swedish & English
