The role
As a Client Manager at Splay One you navigate naturally on social platforms and through influencers where you enjoy staying up to date on the latest trends and creators. Sales and client relations is the core in this role You also love working with clients and always strive to deliver the best possible campaigns for them by leading and motivating our specialist teams through the pitch processes you’re responsible for. You also thrive in finding new clients in order to grow our portfolio long term.
At Splay One we love to challenge our clients by staying up to date on the latest trends, data and platform updates. The client is our main priority and we’re proud of our way of always challenging both ourselves and our clients in order to reach the best possible effect.
Key Responsibilities:
The main responsibility in this role is to deepen, develop and maintain client relationships in order to create profitable and long-term business, ensuring opportunities to become a prioritized partner with both agencies and brands.
Lead internal pitch processes
Secure deliveries and follow up
Challenge both your clients and us internally in order to achieve the best possible results
New sales – finding and approaching new clients.
Qualifications:
You have an entrepreneurial mindset and broad understanding of the influencer marketing, UGC and social media landscape
You’re structured and solution oriented
You have 2+ years of experience in similar roles within the media and communications landscape.
Communicate fluently in both Swedish & English
You have a can do attitude and enjoy the sales and pitch process in order to create new opportunities
You have an understanding of the B2B sales process
